Upon arrival to this club you are greeted outside by less than friendly security people and unpolitely told to "spread 'em" so you can be PATTED DOWN! They pull off clothing they think is inappropriate and confiscate more items than airport security would. You are stocked by bully, power-hungry security to the point of feeling like you can't move all night. The only reason most of us were there was to see Almost Never, the rockin' band playing that night. I hope Sandy Station used the money they made off the band's fans to purchase a less evasive metal detector and get rid of those abusive security people. I usually support the band no matter where they play, but I'll be skipping their gig if they play there again. I won't be back!
