Salesman was not friendly to either me or my husband. He barely acknowledged my existence, even though we made it very clear that the decision was both of ours. Took way too long!!! He kept walking away from us without any explanation. Gave us short, curt answers to our questions, which we very legitimate! Finance person was a little better, but not much. Talked to us like we were morons. Gave us a very low trade in value.\r \r If we wouldn't have needed to buy a car so soon, we never would have bought from them, and won't in the future. Pros: We have a new car... Cons: Nothing was to my satisfaction. Parking lot was very icy, almost fell. more
