I'm writing this as I sit in Cigars on 6th and enjoy a La Aurora cigar. I look around and see several people sitting, smoking, talking. This is the scene on any given day. The one thing I love about this place is how comfortable I feel, how anyone can come in and enjoy a good conversation with anyone else. \r

The shop is small and cozy and the decor is somewhat dark. It reminds me of a place where you expect to see some mafioso types hanging out. When you walk in you are usually greeted by either the owner or one of his friendly and competent employees. Often times you can see some of the regulars playing cards or even dominoes. If you come on the right day you may even see some of Denvers local celebrities. \r

The Humidors are stocked with a great selection of cigars. There are plenty of good inexpensive cigars next to the higher end ones. Anyone with any budget can find a cigar to enjoy. Once you get your cigar you can sit down in a small but comfortable lounge area, watch some t.v. or talk sports, politics or what ever you want. At the moment the conversation is revolving around what's good for you. ""Inhaling cigar smoke might not be good for you,"" someone says. Once the laughter stops we're talking about what we like to smoke, and what cigars are good for the price. \r

If you're new to the shop and you take some time to get to know any of the regulars you will want to come back and be a regular yourself. If your a regular... well you already know what a great place this is. \r
