I was in an accident a month and a half ago, the man that ran in to me caused severe damage. I towed my car to this dealership as the insurance company I use suggested them although now I have no idea why. From the day that they had my car the job was supposed to take 2 weeks, 5 days into the job I call to get a progress report from the body shop and they indicate that everything is on schedule this is the first in many lies that they told me. The day before I am supposed to get my car back my insurance adjuster calls me and indicates that the car is going to take longer than expected. I call the body shop and find out that not only did they not even bother to take the care apart until the day before but upon doing so they find a lot more damage and would require and additional month to complete my car's work. A full month later, 1 and a half months after taking my car to the shop, they say that the work is completed.\r
I inspect my car prior to signing the release and find that there is clear coat over spray all over the roof of my vehicle. I complain and refuse to sign they agree to fix this in the ""short"" duration of a week.\r
The moral of the story is: do not take your car here unless you have an infinite amount of time to be without your vehicle and the ability to tolerate poor work.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything from customer service to work done
