Spent $400 on toners one leaked all over the inside of the printer. Had to have it repaired, the repairman recommended that I not use refurbished parts anymore. When I informed the owner/operator of the issue he took it as a personal insult and refused to do business with my company even when I offered to pay the difference in price for the HP products. My advice ...spend the extra money and get original parts and save yourself the trouble of having to deal with people like this.
