I have an upgrade from Dish Network and Quality Satellite INc. has been getting the work orders. I have had 4 appointments scheduled and have been canceled 4 times. Any excuse from not enough technicians to the van broke down. I have called Dish Network several times and they tell me there is nothing they can do with this company. I am in the process of filing a claim with the better buisness bureau and the state attorney general's office. Maybe this will help. ALL I NEED IS TO HAVE A DISH REPLACED!!!!!!
