Was trying to track down a Spiewak dufflecoat and randomly picked Blake off Spiewak's list of distributors to try and get the coat through. All conversations were via telephone, and the women working there were fantastic. Aside from sounding attractive to begin with, they were absolutely on point with their service and totally down to try and help in any way. One girl even knew who I was before I had said my name and why I was calling. The people working there are informative, receptive, and their assistance was outstanding. This is my new place to shop, hands down.
