I have been training with Laura for about a year and a half now and she is wonderful. She is always there on time waiting for me, and even if I don't want to be there on a cold winter morning, somehow by the time I leave, that thought is left far behind. She listens to what you want in training not just a cookie cutter approach. I like her ability to be able to work around my numerous aches and pains. Her studio is clean neat and private. I have a bottle of water ( or 2) and a fresh hand towel if I work up a good sweat! She is more then motivating, helpful with nutrition and loves to learn new things herself so things stay fresh.\r
Her payment plans are flexible too which is a help. I really enjoy the time together as she is so personable. She is a friend and a trainer and a cheerleader for you all the way. Having Laura with me has changed my life for the better and I would not be a strong, flexible or happy with my health without her and that is a fact. Worth all the time all the money! She is not to be missed. A personal trainer that is down to Earth, knows her stuff and cares. What more could you ask for?
