We just stopped by (Friday night) for a quick question about family plans, and perhaps to open up a line. When we got there, there were 2 families ahead of us and two people behind the counter. No one greeted us. \r

Generally, the behavior of the counterpersons were fine, but one of them was obviously very annoyed with the family that he was servicing. At one point, he told them that he was ""teaching them a math lesson"" and spat out a simple rebate calculation as speaking to imbeciles. It was sad to watch this person in his early 20s speak to people much older than him in a very patronizing tone. Later, he told them that if they failed the math ... (I missed the rest). When the customers asked him if he was really aggravated by them, he responded that they were not the worst he had.\r

45 minutes into my wait, after no one has at least greeted me, I asked how long the wait was going to be. They responded with non-answers. 15 minutes later, I asked again, and the other person (not the aggravated one), proceeded to respond in a loud staccato that they were only two people and then ignored me.\r

This was when I realized that they had lost the SIM card of someone else who was there for a simple phone pickup. They proceeded to call a sister of theirs to ask where the SIM card was. When I left about 10 minutes later, they still have not found his SIM card.\r

Buyer beware. This outfit appears to be run by a cast of unorganized young people who do not understand the first thing about customer service. So, it seems that not only will they give you the worst in customer service, but they will also likely lose parts of your order.
Pros: not many. I guess they do have most of the plans, and competitive rates
Cons: Buyer beware. I have only seen them incompetent and unhelpful
