I hope this restaurant gets it's act together because we need something like it in Beaverton. I was hopeful on the outside. It looked great from the street. It was great looking on the inside as well. Unfortunately, they are going to need a little more time to work out the quirks. Our table had appetizers, salads and main courses. We were disappointed with the canned ingredients, off-tasting cheeses and a smell to one main course that made it inedible. The food pairings were uninspired and awkward. Our waiter never left us alone. The staff needs to stay in the back of the house as much as possible. We were unable to have enough time between intrusive visits to have a conversation. In fact, most of our conversation ended up being about the waiter and signalling to each other when he was going to walk by again. I will give this restaurant another chance in a month or so. I hope to report better.
