We had a very negative experience at Crown Nissan. We corresponded first via email and then on the phone. We were clear on what we wanted to pay, and the internet manager Tony Horne agreed to our terms. Of course when we got to the dealer everything had changed.\r

We walked out and decided to give our business to Gettlel Nissan in Sarasota. We were treated much better at Gettel Nissan. I would not reccommend buying a car at Crown Nissan.
Cons: people who don't live up to the committments made on the phone and through email.
