I just called in to the Title Services department to inquire about get some information about how to get a copy of my driving record for license renewal and the old lady I spoke with was extremely snippy and rude. She made it seem as if I was wasting her time or that I was annoying her. She was a miserable old lady! I would NEVER do business with A-A Auto Tag & Title!!!!
