After moving to the central coast, I needed to find a new hematologist and found Dr. Kundaria from a referral list after the Lompoc Doctor was not acceptable. Walking into his office, I was just as scared as can be. Having ITP was both terrifying and difficult. He simply sat down, listened and handed me a book to read while he took care of some other things. Within the span of 30 minutes I was ready to fight, given renewed hope and was received by the best staff I have seen. That simple peace of mind and change of attitude and ensuing course of excellent treatment is why I am able to now enjoy my now 5 year old son, family, career, and look forward to a rich and full life. The whole well being of each patient is so very important to those in that office, no other treatment would have been so healing to my mind and body.\r
