Property Services of Atlanta Rating 12/3/2007

W rented an house from Property services of Atlanta and lived there about a year and half. When we moved there, the property had all the scratches around the house, broken light bulbs, dirty bath tups. Washer did not work, Garage doors were not locking from inside, no remote. When we called them, they said some one will be there the next week, and they commented that it is not urgent! Believe me it took us 3 weeks to have the stuff fixed after at least 3 calls. If something is broken around the house, you have to call them three times, otherwise, they will forget you. It is always constant struggle with Property Services of Atlanta. Their service is really bad, and my wife and I hated them. This is the first time we had so much problem with rental company.\r \r When we moved out, we had Carpet cleaning company, cleaned the garage which was dirty when we moved in, moved the lawn, and cleaned the kitchen and tups, left the light bulps I put. The house we left was more cleaner than before we moved in. We had $1100 deposit, and $200 non-refundable. So I had $900 deposit due back. A month later I received a mail, and they were asking me another $100 move-out due to scratches on the wall and master bathroom cleaning, and other rooms some cleaning. They charged $750 for scratches, and $250 for cleaning. They are saying that the house was painted before we moved in, and this is a big fat lie, the house move-in sheet shows that the house had a lot of scrathes and drew them on the sheet. The house was cleaner than they handed me. \r \r In Sum, Please do yourself a favor and do NOT rent or buy from them any thing. If You do, they will take your deposit and you have to fight with them, waste of time and money.\r \r Happy Holidays Cons: Bad Customer Service more
