Horrendous experience with purchase/install of an aftermarket head unit. Five days of dead car batteries and long return visits to Custom Sounds. I finally asked for a refund of ~$400 spent on a defective install, and management agreed only to refund parts (around 50%). \r

Net: $200, days spent without a car, three mornings with a dead battery, and NO SOUND IN THE CAR. I even got a free side of sarcasm when I complained about my undriveable car and my $400 unplayable stereo. Eventually had it fixed for $40 at Best Buy, where a 19-year-old informed me that Custom Sounds had sold/installed the wrong adapter (over $100 + labor).\r

Expensive lesson learned.
