I have been a loyal fan of one-on-one training at Center for Movement on Lexington Avenue for years. The new location on Second Avenue is just as friendly and focused on individual needs, but has added space for larger classes and offers a greater variety. EVERY instructor, with no exception, is experienced, patient, and always in a good mood. Donna, Elle and their troops have kept me in great shape and are always challenging me to excel. My husband is delighted with my increased stamina and flexibility!
