When I initially had to call multiple times to book the sitting, I though it was worth the hassle for their gorgeous backdrop. But, after the sitting, it took weeks for them to get my proofs ready - and it turned out that they don't print proofs at all. They just project a slide show onto the wall. That could have been done same-day, or at least same-week. After ordering my prints, I found out that their orders take over 2 months before they come in. So, the whole process has taken more than 3 months...and I still don't have my portraits. I guess in the end, it will be worth it.
