I was referred to Heidi at Bianchi's (in Troy) by a co-worker of mine because my previous stylist (at a different salon) who was supposed be back at work after 2 month's baby leave, decided to leave her shop and never contact any of her clients at all even after I (and my several friends) tried to reach her. It's really horrible when you get your hair done by someone for years, you buy them baby gifts and then they can't even return a call or give you a referral. \r
But everything works out in the end because when I called Bianchi's to make an appointment with Heidi, they were super friendly and accommodating and Heidi surpassed all of my expectations. Not only was she friendly and extremely easy to talk to, she was also very informative and in tune to what exactly it was that I wanted and was looking for. She told me what would and would not work for me. I left Heidi's chair with beautiful (and lower maintenance) color/hi-lites and cut. She is your girl if you're looking for someone great!
