This was my first time going to Bahama Breeze. I was visiting with some family who lived in Ohio. Upon entering, the restaurant was very crowded and noisy. We were seated and ordered appetizers and drinks. I had to order an appetizer as the main dish because the few entree options they had were so expensive. They were pretty good, but we were unable to enjoy them as the table next to us was so loud, rude, and thoughtlessly talking. We asked our waiter if we could be moved and he kept saying, ""I'll talk to my manager."" We waited for our entrees in this unbearable situation, constantly asking for another table but were ignored. The manager came out and said there was nothing he could do to move the people. We reached our boiling point when all this drama caused the waiter to drop and shatter our plate and a water glass all over the table because he was so nervous. We made a decision to leave the restaurant even though our entrees had just arrived. As we were leaving they said a table just opened up and we decided to just stay. They seated us in a new but equally noisy part of the restaurant. We had a new waiter and our food, now cold, was waiting at the table. After all this my cousin had been given a completely incorrect dish!Disappointed and exhausted we ate and left without getting any bargain from the owner for a discount on our bill (over $100). Interestingly enough, we encountered both of our waiters from that evening a week later at Cheescake Factory. Turns out they both quit that night because of the terrible management and found a better job.\r
Overall the experience was so dramatic I can't even remember what anything tasted like that day. It is unfortuante as I will never visit Bahama Breeze again because of this.
Pros: Interesting menu items, fresh drinks
Cons: Terrible management, extremely noisy
