I do not recomend this liquor store because of the bad customer service they gave me. My receipt does not explain about return policy. On December 25th, I purchase some liquor at Hot Booze Wine & Liquor store. On December 29th I realized that I wanted to change one of those bottle for another one. I called them about my situation, but the man on the phone told me that I was only able to exchange only if it was purchased on the same day. What is the difference one day from one week. I have my receipt, plus I was rushed to end the conversation because he had other customers to take care.
Pros: Wide variety of liquor
Cons: The service was horrible
