Stopped by to see if they could do a color correction a few weeks before I actually made the appt. I had previously had highlights done to my hair. My hair is very curly and hard to straighten. It's also hard to dye in light colors and my natural hair color is almost black. I told the receptionist what I wanted done with specifics. I needed them to turn some of the already existing highlights into low lights to match my natural hair color and just retouch existing highlights. The top of my hair was too heavy with highlights. And then the under part all my natural hair color (dark brown/black). So the stylist had me waiting for 30 minutes to start off. And we spend another 30 minutes discussing what she needed to do or was going to do. She didn't match up the low lights to my natural hair color correctly and she took chunks of highlights and put the lowlights there. So now I have patches of light brown hair and it looks bad when the roots start to grow. Then she does the highlights. She let the dye sit for about an hour and blamed the fact that the color was not grabbing on me - that I was under stress or that I was on my period. Neither of which were true. So then she washes my hair and starts to dry it, and we both realize that I sat for an hour for no reason!!! The dye never grabbed, so ended up with 0 highlights. Instead of drying my hair right, she uses her hand to distribute the hear from the hair dryer, knots it all up, and proceeds to straighten it with a straightener while it's still damp. My hair was so stiff after I left that place. I will never ever go back. Do not let Stacey colour or wash/dry your hair.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Very poor experience level of stylist
