These people may or may not have fixed my unit (not sure I can blame them for that), but I would NEVER EVER send anyone to them for repairs, b/c these people are absolutely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, THREATENING, FOWL and just outright WRONG!!! I called them to ask for a reprint of an invoice and they refused! Their main tech, manager, and apparently owner (Armand) is a coward who yells at women & that secretary is on a power trip. She actually told me, ""Who even told you to come into this shop?! You know what, I'm just going to ignore you!"" And she did, she sat at her desk taking calls and ignored me!!!
Cons: Have no manners and/or common courtesy!
