I am really confused about Citysearch ratings. I use Citysearch quite often to find places and I looked for a tux and found this tuxedo store, Siegel's Tuxedo Shop in Oakland on the Citysearch web site. The store had not been rated at all but only had a 3 1/2 star rating out of 5 stars. How can this be ? Anyway I went to Siegel's which is located in a prime location with a free parking lot to rent my tux. The service was excellent and friendly. Bruce who helped me could not have been any more respectful and helpful. He quickly measured me, had me try on a pant and jacket, completed the paperwork and I paid and was gone. My wife came on Saturday to pick up my tux and she was told to tell me to try it on as soon as possible so that if I was not happy for any reason that the store wanted to have time to make it right. Anyway it fit great, I thought that I looked good and we had a great time at the debutant ball. So for ratings, I personally give Siegel's a five (5) star rating and again I cannot figure out why Citysearch gives a business without a rating only 3 1/2 stars ?
