I owned a bose wave radio that i accidentially got wet so i called bose and they referred me to Brighton TV as there highest rated service center in my area it was a little bit of a drive but they were close to the expressway. I was surprised how much they work on they seem to be very busy, with customers in the lobby and a lot of work but they took the time to talk to me and i was amazed they were able to fix my unit in a matter days. I found out they have 6 techs and there lead tech was a broadcast engineer, he was amazingly knowledgable if they sold sets would have made that sale but he gave me great advise and explained what all those salesmen couldnt what the hell was i buying and why should i be buying he talk to me at least 20 mins and expected no payment for his advise. I went and bought my new set that day on his advise (42"" Sharp Aquos) and i have never been more happy to find out they are rated as the top servicer on my sharp to, thank god no need for them yet as long as i can keep my glasses of water away from it. They work on radios, HD TV, Plasmas, they even soldered a wire on my head phones for me. There wall is full of names they are authorized for but they say they are authorized for 26 brands and how great to find this little shop, they are great! ******** GREAT SERVICE *********
