When I got to the dealership, I was met by a salesman named Zad. I don't think that's the correct spelling, but he had green eyes. He was nice at first. He had a slightly arrogant air, but I thought what the heck that's alright. He made me feel really uncomfortable, and he made me feel stupid because I couldn't operate the GPS straight away. He asked if I'd gone to college. I'm not usually a person who complains because I usually have good experiences at dealerships, but this guy was so arrogant, I really had a terrible experience at this dealership. I do have to say this Lexus Dealership has the most beautiful decor I have ever seen.
