I had my timing belt serviced at Hurless on my 1998 Volvo v70 and both Brett and Todd were great. 9,000 miles later however my belt slipped due to a bad tensioner and each intake rod was bent. They worked with me the best they could. Although I felt like the tensioner should have shown some signs of wear requiring replacement at the time of service they said it did not. Due to its failure, it caused an additional 2K+ in damage. Now with that said, I do not feel like they were trying to cover up any poor service or mechanic work. I honestly believe that the tensioner went out without warning. Todd made it as easy on my wallet as he could. Regardless of the time it took to get the car back and the questions on the tensioner, I will still continue to rely on Hurless for any major work on my Volvo.
Pros: Knowlegable staff
Cons: Tough to get in - everyone wants them to work on their Volvo.
