for the person who criticized that it wasn't ""japanese"" enough....please....we're in AMERICA. and frankly. in japan....cooks touch their faces. are you serious? but far from japanese....well if you haven't noticed....90% of the japanese restaurants in America aren't going to ""japanese."" the fish is the freshest fish i've had the midwest. very innovative and the service is great. they remember what you want and your name. and service is fast.
