I had Quantum Alarm for about a year. I admit that I did not read the contract as carefully as I should have. So when I went kept receiving bills after the one ear I thought that was strange. So I called them and the lady that I spoke with told me that it was in the contract that they would renew me if I did not send a letter stating that I want out. I asked if they sent out letters reminding people that this was going to happen. She proceeded to tell me that her 5-year-old daughter doesn't receive letters to remind her and they would like to think that their customers were adults. I have never had such a bad customer service experience in my life. I would never recommend this company to anyone. more
