Do you need a home inspection? I have one for you. What a great inspection firm. I called the night before contingency period ended and was able to speak to owner and the only inspector. He understood I was running out of time and was able to schedule a third inspection on an otherwise very busy day before the holidays. His inspection was about an hour longer than my last one but it was so much more informative. His website, archispeak had so much additional information it was a great resource especially his referrals and references.
Pros: Too many to mention.
Cons: Not inexpensive but worth the value
