I went into this Verizon store to buy a new battery or to have my phone replaced. My salesperson was very helpful until she realized that I would not be buying a new phone since I wouldn't be receiving a discount on it. She then replaced my phone battery and handed it back with the screen not working. Her reply ""Well the buttons work so you'll be good."" Not only was my screen not broken when I arrived into the store, she was unwilling to fix it. I had to fix the battery myself, in the store, in order to leave with a properly working phone. She was flippant, rude, and very nonchalant. This is not what customer service is supposed to be like!! Pros: There aren't any. Cons: Everything. more
