I know my Indian food and let me tell you, the lunch buffet might look mighty but is anything but! The poori for pani poori reeked with stale oil. The restaurant got them somewhere and those pooris were clearly too old to be served (imagine a bag of potatoe chips were the chips start to smell from the oil they were deep-fried in). The bhel puri was already mixed with the sauce so that things that were supposed to be crunchy were mushy and things (potatoe chunks) that were supposed to be a little mushy were firm and undercooked. The chole (chickpeas) had no taste. The biryani tasted old. The idli was average. The saag and gobi were mediocre, could use more flavor. Basically, the price it charges is one of the most expensive I've seen but the quality of the food did not match its steep $ for an Indian buffet. If you want better Indian food, go across the street to that hole in a wall place, chances are you'll enjoy more. Don't bring your friends here if your purpose is to introduce them to Inidan food or to impress them, they will not be converted nor wowed.
Pros: Fresh chili peppers
Cons: The food!
