I wasn't too shocked at how my service call went however I was very displeased with how the company operates. The technician was friendly yet not overly helpful and quick to spend 10 minutes telling me what I already new about my fireplace and charge me $89 This is posted on the website for the first 1/2 hr. charge but comical to think that with no real solutions to improving my fireplace or evaluating whether my venting was properly installed I would ever consider calling them again. It was a nice quick $89 but left me wondering how this would build customer interest......waste of my time and ofcourse money........eventually customers choose not to deal with a business that brings no value for your hard earned money.
Cons: No value and simply a quick $89 for the company but gave me nothing
more
