If you've never had sushi before then maybe you'll rave about Sushi Ya, but if you know anything about sushi (like I do) then you'll be able to provide an appropriate and accurate review. The bottom line: Sushi Ya has less than average quality, and their prices are too high (likely to pay for the high-end rent for location). This place looks like a hole in the wall (it used to be a Subway back in the day - so imagine the size) and the quality is average. This is B- to C+ grade level sushi with A+ being the highest. If they had better prices then I might give them a better rating, but it's not worth the money. The only positive here is if you're a local student w/ no transportation and looking to score some sushi nearby.
Pros: Location, Location, Location
Cons: Low quality grade sushi (B to C level), cramped place, too expensive.
