I went to get lunch here yesterday and instead of 17.62 charged on my visa i was charged $117.62. He said it didnt go through, and it would not affect my account. He then charged me $17.62 for the meal. I checked my account when I got home and guess what??!!! i was charged for both, my bank account is now negative, its new years eve and i dont have one dollar to my name. i called the manager where he said he would call me back, full day goes by and i dont hear from anyone. So I call, the rudest manager I have ever spoken to gets on the phone and says theres nothing she can do, but they spoke to the cashier , thats it. My bank says they processed the void charge late, and it could be several days until the money comes back to me for their mistake. so now i have bills that will bounce and i will get late charges for them and no money or food as i was suppose to for new years eve. I will never go back here again, and if you do dont use a credit card, you dont even get to see or approve the charge before the ignorant people who work there approve it them selves. DONT GO HERE AND USE A CREDIT CARD!!! or expect any ""manager"" (thats a joke) help you. Pros: food was ok Cons: rude staff, ignorant workers, no dispute resolution, inexperenced or just plain rude managers, dont get to see credit card charge before it processes more
