I was really excited to go here for a massage, but I was terribly disappointed at the technican's cigarette smelling hands/clothing it ruined the massage. I asked her to stop within a few minutes because the cigarette odor was making me sick and I advised that I wanted to speak with the manager - she offered me a full refund and stated no one else was available - I took the refund and did not reschedule. I was disappointed that this technician did not think to wash her hands or refrain from smoking before giving a treatment.
