I brought in a cell phone that needed repair because it had a black screen and the front screen was not working bt the phone worked. Team Wireless gave me a new phone but I noticed when I got to the mall no one could hear me, so I put it in my pocketbook and thought I would carry it in after the holidays. My husband did and Team Wireless claims I must have got some liquid in the phone, near the microphone and I would have to turn it into my insurance to get a new phone. I called them and tried to explain there was no way I could have gotten any liquid in the phone. The service manager said Sanyo would not ship the phone like that and it would not happen in their store so there was nothing he could do. In other words, I'm lying and no one at Sanyo and his store makes any mistakes. I took aphone in that you could at least talk on and got a phone that doesn't work so now I have to pay $50.00 for my insurance deductible to get a phone that works.. I would stay away from this store.... Pros: No Pro's Cons: All Con's more
