I called Laack Cheese to report that two bags of $6.48 per pound cheese curds which had been purchased there went moldy within two weeks of purchase (and several months before expiration date). One of the Laack family told me that ""we sell a good product"" and ""there's nothing I can do,"" and suggested that it must have been how we transported them. After telling him that we would not buy from him again, he told me to ""GET SCREWED, I don't want to sell to you"" and hung up on me. Cons: Don't care about customers more
