The Chef, the service, the presenation, the wine list, the eclectic, savory selections, the ambiance and the flavors cannot be topped. We LOVE this restaurant and visit as often as we can. Sometimes, we pop in for a glass of fine wine, the variety of selections on the wine list is as refreshing as it is interesting. Try the Petit Verdot, it is a fav. Be sure to introduce yourself to Chef! He is a delight, one of the Twin Cities' top chefs, without a doubt. His expertise and attention to detail is unmatched. His ""Lamb Lollypops"" are a must-try! Oh, and if you decide to skip dessert, this would be a mistake! Give into the temptation, it is sooo worth it! Enjoy the service, it is always friendly and professional. New Year's Eve is a special treat! Be sure to make reservations (which can be made electronically or simply by calling in advance)... the set menu is absolutely so delicious it defies description. Again, attention to detail is everything. We love the coziness as much as we love the cuisine and wine... while it is often crowded, it is never loud, which is important to us. The Wayzata Eatery is simply THE Best dining experience in Wayzata, MN.
