Ambiance entering the restaurant was quite attractive. Very relaxed atmosphere with conversation of daily business drifted from around the room. Rustic decor in memoir of the original restaurant that opened 1976 at Lake Arrowhead. Parking was easy and no too difficult to find. Location suited for business or occasional formal dinners if you?re in the area, but not a Friday night place if you are looking for a little scenery after you finish your meal. Surprisingly the meatloaf was the talk among many of the attendees; however I selected the Chicken Papaya which was excellent. Chicken served on a bed of papaya with hints on curry and garnished with delectable fruits. Tasty! Service was so so, they were quite busy and very rigid on the meal selection and didn?t allow us to make substitutions, which we all thought was odd. In all it was a very pleasant and enjoyable meal. Definitely recommend.
