My sunroof jammed open over the weekend and no one in the bay area would see me without scheduling an appointment a couple days in advance. When I called Len he told me to come in and he would take a look at it even though he was busy. He fixed the problem and made it so my expensive stereo and components were safe from the crackheads. Not only was he willing to help me right away in my emergency situation, he didn't even charge me. I can't necessarily recommend his upholstery work because I didn't receive any, but you will be guaranteed great service from a cool guy.
