Called to have a window measured to be replaced. I was told that I would be the first call and would recieve a call when the technician was on his way. Niether happened. Called office to see what was going on, and then was told that I was actually scheduled between 1 and 3pm. They just said that there was some confusion and the technician is the one who decides when he is going to each call. more
