Just walking through the doors of Franklin Hills I realized that it was a very hectic place to be. People were scattered, wandering aimlessly, yelling down the halls and seemed so disorganized that I was amazed any care could actually be given in such a facility. It was alarming that while I was there, there were two major catastrophes: an escapee resident and a routine fire drill. Neither seemed to be handled with any sort of efficiency. The fire drill only resulted in mass chaos as everyone in the building looked to others as to what to do. Many employees just randomly walked out of the bulding taking this time as a smoke break while others seemed to be doing what they were supposed to. I'd suggest much more training for everyone in the building. I must not be the only person with such an opinion as a rating for care homes within the nation were released not too long ago. Look for yourself where Franklin Hills rated in Washington.
