They were good for the first few months. Does not return calls, or maybe after 3 attempts. Fictional yearly check for about $50 by someone who doesn't know what he's doing. This charge just pops up and he wants it in writting before you can cancel. A week later after this person said everything was fine, big, expensive bathroom problem. Have to call them to find out where your rent is. Won't collect your late fees from tenants. You're basically on your own. Which may be a better option. You get what you pay for. Front Desk, you tell them something need to get done, week later, still not done. Clueless. Would not hire them again. Same goes for AAA in Concord. These people are worse than the tenants.
