We've never had a negative experience at Four Paws, especially with the vet, Dr. Smith. In fact if you look at Dr. Smith under city search you will see high ratings from others.. We've brought many animals here. Yes, there are times when messages are relayed instead of being able to meet with the vet 1:1, but having worked at a vet office myself I understand the need to do that from time to time to try to keep on schedule, or catch up after emergencies (or else you have folks complaining about the wait). If the cause for my visit was urgent, I have ALWAYS been able to talk with the vet. Our pets don't even mind going here, so they must be pretty good with the animals too.
