This bank has been my bank for years. I just dont have the time to change finance institions. After the holidays my christmas wish is to leave this awful bank behind me. I usually keep a good portion of money in these accounts this christmas my wifes account went over in one day so to remedy this I swiftly moved money from one account to another before it posted. I was still charged the overdraw fees. No comapssion poor customer service and several other issues make them the worst part of the banking system. I feel like the days of keeping money in a can will come back in fashion if all banks treat people like this.
