I just had lunch here with my boyfriend and I have to honestly say that if I were a food critic this place would be DONE. First, I'll admit that I'm very hard to please when it comes to eating out, but I really tried to give this place at shot as it came highly recommended from my co-worker. The decor is beautiful and feels very inviting. Although our server was difficult to understand due to a heavy accent, she was very friendly. I ordered a mojito and the churrasco (skirt steak) medium rare with yellow rice and red beans. The mojito was good. My steak however, came well done and lacked ANY seasoning, it was as if they just threw it on a grilled and brought it out. It was the worst steak ever. My rice arrived hot but hard. I actually had clumped burned pieces of rice on my plate, basically the burned rice you get from the bottom of the pan. My boyfriend on the other hand was satisfied with his meal, he ordered the arroz con pollo. I tried some of his food, and it was alot better than what I had ordered. Personally, I was very disappointed with Havana and don't think that I will eat here again.
Pros: Ambience
Cons: Slow service
