Don't go there if you don't have insurance or not referred by insurnace. As soon as I walked in the female owner questioned why I came for an estimate (even though I live near by). She kept telling how great her body shop is and how expensive it is, even asked if I was trying to "make money" with the insurance settlement. To insult a walk-in customer like that is unacceptable. She was too busy pushing me out the door and telling me I was wasting my time and the shop's time. Learn to treat your customers with respect, Hayward body shop! more
