I've dealt with a lot of different people in a lot of different businesses and most leave a lot to be desired. However, this is one of those rare cases where I have nothing, but good things to say. I have always been thoroughly impressed with the pleasant disposition and professionalism demonstrated by Amy at the Grimaudo Agency. I have been dealing with this agency for over 8 years and on each occasion where I have had to make a call to ask questions or change coverage it has always been a favorable experience. I always feel like I am dealing with someone who is not only helpful, but courteous as well. It's a nice change of pace to receive such an excellent level of service.
