A pane in one of our old original french casement windows (house built in 1920) was broken on a Sunday night. We taped it up and called Harry's the next day- they were very friendly and scheduled someone to come out. Service was prompt, communication was excellent (they called before they came, then came on time), and the repair is flawless. Very reasonable price for labor and supplies- I couldn't be more pleased.
