They try to get you to rent here because they are cheap, but the truth is their facility was built in 1972 and their buildings have flat roofs with exposed screws, which means that your stuff will get wet. Plus there was an article in the Statesman Journal in 2005 when they had multiple break-ins. I've had many people tell me that there are homeless people hanging around the facility all the time because they are right by the bridge where the homeless people camp out. And it is incredibly difficult to get out onto Wallace from Musgrave on that dangerous blind corner. Not recommended.
